Registration

To participate at Master Class and/or CP-AI-OR 2005 conference you must register and pay the registration fee. Please read carefully the information about fee structure, payment methods, and cancellation policy before registering! All registration requests should be addressed to our local arrangements partner Action M Agency (see below)!

Fee structure:
 
Master Class fee includes attendance to Master Class lectures, use of conference facilities (Internet connection), coffee breaks, lunch (Sunday).
Conference regular fee includes attendance to invited and contributed talks, use of conference facilities (Internet connection), coffee breaks, welcome reception [more], LNCS proceedings.

Conference student fee includes attendance to invited and contributed talks, use of conference facilities (Internet connection), coffee breaks, welcome reception [more], LNCS proceedings.

Conference lunches for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday can be purchased.
Conference dinner at Kamenny Most and guided walking tour can be purchased [more].
Accompanying person fee includes welcome reception [more] and a conference dinner with a guided walking tour [more].
 
Registration forms:
To participate at Master Class and/or CP-AI-OR 2005 conference, please register by sending the registration form [DOC] [PDF] by fax or mail to Action M Agency (see below) or use our secure on-line registration and pay the registration fee. The deadline for the early registration is March 28, 2005. The deadline for the late registration is May 20, 2005. All requests made after May 20, 2005 will be considered as on site registrations.

Original receipt of payment will be given to you upon your arrival during the registration.

Cancellation policy

The registration fee will be refunded for all written cancellations postmarked no later than May 4, 2005, the cancellation fee 1000 CZK will be charged. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.

Student grants
A limited number of student grants covering Master Class and/or Conference fee is available. To apply for a student grant send an e-mail to cpaior05 (AT) cpaior05.mff.cuni.cz by March 21, 2005. In this e-mail indicate event(s) for which you want to waive the registration fee, write whether you want to book students accommodation (about 1300 CZK person/night paid in cash during check-in, 15 minutes by tram from the conference venue), and enclose a short letter from your supervisor justifying why you should receive this financial support. Notification about awarded grants will be sent by March 27, 2005.
