Registration
To
participate at PlanSIG workshop you must register and pay the registration
fee. Please read carefully the information about payment methods
and cancellation policy before registering! All registration requests
should be addressed to our local arrangements partner Action M Agency
(see below)
Fee structure:
| Registration fee includes attendance at the workshop, use of workshop
facilities (Internet connection), copy of proceedings,
coffee breaks, lunches, one dinner on December 17, 2007 |
| Accompanying
person fee includes workshop dinner on December 17, 2007. |

Registration form:
To
participate in PlanSIG 2007 workshop, please register by filling
the secure on-line
Registration Form and
pay the registration fee. An alternative way is to fill the off-line
Registration Form [DOC, PDF]
and send it via e-mail or fax (instructions are at the form). The
deadline for the early registration is November 16, 2007.
All registrations made after November 16, 2007 will be considered
as late registrations.
Payment can be made:

will be charged in case of credit card payment.

Original receipt
of payment will be given to you upon your arrival during the registration.
Cancellation
policy
The registration
fee will be refunded for all written cancellations sent no later
than November 30, 2007 and the cancellation fee 1000
CZK will be charged. After that date no refund of registration fee
will be provided.
